Angel of my garden

Finally blogger is letting me add my pictures.
Well what can I say other than I am still practicing LOL
The beautiful angel was a free digi stamp from Digi Darla's newsletter  and I have used her for the 'Something Blue' challenge at Digi Darla's
I am so glad she extended the deadline or I would have missed it again.
For the angel I used my promarkers. Sorry I can't remember which colours.
For once I tidied away as soon as I finished it and forgot to write the colours down LOL
For the background I use blending chalks and an eyeshadow applicator.
My husband says it looks like it was done by a 2 year old but I had fun with it and am pretty pleased with how my crazy paving path turned out.
The flower heads were done using a daisy punch.
Oh and I added a little glitter for extra sparkle.

I am adding this card in the following challenges.....

Less is more

I have created this card for a card challenge titled 'In the frame' over at Less Is More
I would also like to enter into 'Keeping it clean and simple'

I have used a pastel green 10" x 7" card piece folded in half.

I have then stamped 3 times on the card using stamp Challis & Roos.

At least that's what it says on the side of the stamp :O)

It is made by Inkadinkadoo

To colour it in I used Promarkers (still learning with these)...

Forest Green, Pear Green, Gold, Buttercup, Pastel Blue and Blender

Because it is Less Is More I have decided not to add any embellishments or sentiments at all but to leave it as a general purpose card.

When the time comes to use it I will add a sentiment if it's needed or donate it to my local charity shop.

 I loved this challenge because quite often the simplest things in life can be the prettiest.

Free blog train

 Many of you will know from your journeys on our train we have a very dear and sweet lady called Artmama who is currently in hospital after having one of her seizures. She was placed into an induced coma due to swelling of the brain. Artmama is now out of the coma and thankfully on the road to recovery. Doctors have informed the family that it will be a slow process that can take up to a year. Artmama has now been moved into a nursing facility which is of course very expensive. If you would like to help then please consider purchasing Artmamas store.

Ok now this may sound like a really silly question but how does someone

who makes digi stamp freebies go about getting together a Design

team and is it even possible or are design teams only for 

those who sell their digi stamps ?

I need to know all the in's and out's please as I would love to have

For those who wanted to know when I had my biopsy it was today.

They have said I will have the results within 2 weeks so

Raindrops Card

I finally created a card for my very first competition
entry and guess what ?

Like an absolute idiot I forgot to bookmark the blog that was holding the competition *doh*

I used one of the blogs free digi stamps and the file name was APRIL042011-36ChloesUmbrella

Soooooo if anyone knows the blog do please let me know so I can go

and enter my card and give the proper credits for this super cute stamp.

I am so gutted LOL Took me all this time to get up the courage to actually

enter a competition and I do something stupid.

Would love feedback on my card as well please. 

Had to cute out everything by hand because I have no cutting machine 

but I am fairly pleased with it ;)
The flowers were created using a flower punch.
Fist time I got to use my promarkers properly as well
which are super cool.

EDIT - I FOUND IT and ........ It's closed LMAO

Can't believe I missed it. Boy times really does fly.

Oh well, at least I had fun creating it :)
