Freebie and Card Making Design Teams

Ok now this may sound like a really silly question but how does someone

who makes digi stamp freebies go about getting together a Design

team and is it even possible or are design teams only for 

those who sell their digi stamps ?

I need to know all the in's and out's please as I would love to have

my own design team for my free digi's if it is possible.

Ok onto the freebie as I am sure that is what everyone is really here for.

For those who wanted to know when I had my biopsy it was today.

They have said I will have the results within 2 weeks so

we are now keeping my fingers crossed and will let you all know the results.
